Hawaii will let tasers be legal provided 1 takes a certified Hawaii class.  No classes will be certified in Hawaii.  New lawsuit will have to be filed which will take more years.

State will probably want a permit/registration and require a may issue permit to carry in public.

I know, I know... I'm repeating myself...but damned if we don't see situation after situation where it seems to be the appropriate response:

"You have the right to defend yourself, when, where and how we say." Never go full retard dude.

Today's Star-Advertiser has an anti-taser editorial as well as a poll on whether you favor legalizing Tasers for the masses or not.

Have to have an account to vote. I won't give them my money. But you can see what the demographic is of the readership...

The gun rights (aka self-defense) people must be stuffing the electronic ballot box, because the antis are only coming in at 55%... which is 15-20 percentage points lower than the votes for Hirono and Gabbard.

Can someone please show us the rest of the editorial? You know, it might just coincidentally be the backdrop for a photo of a pen you're selling or something. Because the first line is a joke: "In recent years, several states have made it easier to carry or buy guns and electronic arms, such as stun guns.": Yeah, "several" means 47! But who's counting? Can't wait to see the rest of their illogic and lies on display.

I don't subscribe to the paper but was reading it at the laundramat where I wash my clothes when I am on Oahu.  I was going to take a picture, but didn't have a pen with me.  LOL.

Judge says New York's stun gun ban is unconstitutional

Quote
New York state's ban on personal ownership of stun guns is unconstitutional, a federal judge ruled Friday
in the latest in a series of court decisions that have led to the loosening of restrictions on the weapons in several
states.

the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Just wanted to say, thank you Mr. Beck and Roberts for standing up for us.

Ditto the thanks to attorneys Beck and Stamboulieh for their efforts to overturn these obviously stupidly unconstitutional laws in the few remaing fascist states that ban electronic self-defense devices (now down to only Hawaii and Rhode Island, where Beck and Stamboulieh have cases filed).  :shaka:

In case you like reading the actual decision:
