MAG BILL IS DEAD 2020, but.........
« on: July 10, 2020, 05:01:49 PM »
Thank you for all your hard work and the HUNDREDS of LAWFUL gun owners who submitted testimony to fight for all of our RIGHTS.

Sadly, the continually chipping of our RIGHTS marches forward.

These "ghost gun" bills (HB2744) do absolutely nothing to stop nor hamper criminals or their intent. The law is useless.  Those who intend to build their own firearms for their own PERSONAL USE are the only people affected.

The other bill, to report all your firearms when you leave Hawaii, is utterly nonsense and totally unenforceable. Tell the govenor to VETO these bills.

Nice to know these so called "leaders" are wasting valuable time attacking law abiding citizens, and not concerning themselves with Hawaii's FAILING  economy.

PLEASE KNOW IF THESE SAME POLITICIANS GET REELECTED THIS WILL COME BACK NEXT YEAR AND TIME AND TIME AGAIN. VOTE THEM OUT

MAGAZINE BAN DEFEATED BUT IT WILL RETURN. 2020 is an ELECTION YEAR and while news cycles are dominated by the NATIONAL election, we in Hawaii must understand we need to pay attention locally. House Bill HB1902 was just defeated today but it can return as soon as next year and it could be an even more tyrannical version. This bill would have made ALL semi auto rifle and shotgun magazines over 10 rounds "illegal".

So, just who exactly helped to introduce this bill? Below are the names and contact information for the House Representatives and MUST BE VOTED OUT AND REMOVED FROM OFFICE THIS ELECTION YEAR. JUST LOOK AT HOW MANY DO NOT RESPECT YOUR RIGHTS OR YOUR PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS.

Click on each name to see their individual pages with their office contact information as well as the areas they represent. If you live in their districts, call and email them and let them know you are a constituent.

JOY SAN BUENAVENTURA - I was really impressed with her.  The questions she asked, of both sides.  She even questioned HPD many times.

The short story, correct me if I'm wrong, some wanted grandfather clause, some did not, no compromise . . . no new bill. Will we know who were the ones who stood up for the grandfather clause? It is a little satisfying knowing some are partially listening to us.

Any legislator that didn't vote NO from the start is against us and liberty. Gabbard needs to go as a he's a flip flopping 'politician'   He stated to me that the 'reasons' for voting yes in committee was "pistol mags are limited to 10 rounds, why not rifle mags"  he's no friend of gun owners. If you live in his district, DO NOT vote for him in this upcoming election.   I will be voting for the Libertarian runner opposing him.

Rhoads definitely NEEDS TO BE FIRED.  McDonald is a pro 2A democrat (I'd classify him as more Libertarian than Democrat, however he's running as a Democrat).     If you are in his district consider pushing him through in the primary.

Rhoads is the high ranking Senator that is pushing all these Bill's through.   He IS the enemy.

None of them listen to us. They are all lemmings being led to the sea by the money food train. And we don't have enough money to feed them.
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me, than a frontal lobotomy.

Favella does (ewa beach). Each hearing, he was the only no vote.

Rhoads made illegal edicts that prevent Hawaii citizens from voting to create, change or stop laws. His name is also on every illegal/unconstitutional gun grab bill they introduce. Brower attacked homeless people with a sledgehammer until he got chased off from going into homeless people's tents (Legally a domicile) and had to run behind his undercovers as protection.

How do we get them facing criminal charges?
