Trump is not as worried about winning as he is exposing the corruption that is the Deep State/Democrat Party.

If he files lawsuits, he can depose leaders of the various states.  Under Oath.

If he can get enough evidence that there were irregularities and fraud, regardless of the number of votes proven to be fraudulent, it throws the election result into doubt.  If enough doubt is generated, the Supreme Court could very possibly decide that the election was not held in a proper way.  If they invalidate the results, then the election is given to Congress to decide.  if that happens, Trump wins (House selects President, Senate selects VP).

Example:  If I find a rat in my can of food, and the packing company argues there's no evidence showing a rat getting into that specific can of beans, then it's up to me to prove that it's POSSIBLE that the rat was put in the can at that plant.

I only need to show that the PROCESS on the canning machine line offers the OPPORTUNITY for a rat to make its way into the canning machine.  I could be trying to scam the company for a payday, so they are not going to settle if they think there's no way the animal made it there.

Just like that scenario, Trump doesn't have to prove that X number of ballots that he lost by were fraudulent.  He just has to place enough doubt on the process to prove it was POSSIBLE for fraud to occur.  There are stories of thousands of fraudulent acts at all levels of the process as well as improper security and deliberate lack of transparency across several states.  These proven instances of fraud prove there was an OPPORTUNITY for someone to commit fraud -- POSSIBLY to the degree that it could have changed the outcome.

If Trump is 10K ballots behind, that does NOT prove there were 10K+ extra Biden ballots.  But if the process was not controlled, it does prove that there could have been 5K illegal ballots for Biden, and another 5K+ Trump ballots that might have gone missing.  When you add ballots without tossing a similar number, the vote totals become red flags.  If you get 10K ballots from a precinct of 8K registered voters -- that MIGHT be a problem!

This is very useful info.  I was just talking to someone about this and what purpose would a SCOTUS suit have.  I just said probably so an official investigation can be done.

How would Trump win if Congress was to decide? The house is controlled be democrats.

Because the House Delegations each get one vote per state, not one per house member.

So, HI and CA each get the same number of votes: 1.

There are more Red states in the House than Blue states.  It's only by one state, but that means the tally would be 26 for Trump, 24 for Biden.

And, according to the Constitution, it's the INCOMING Congress that decides.  Several state elections are still undecided, but the GOP retained their 26 state majority, plus they look to have picked up 2 more:  Minnesota and Iowa.

How many Republican-run States have these kinds of "glitches?"

Why are these issues always AGAINST the GOP and in FAVOR OF the Dems?

After so many "coincidences", it becomes apparent that these conspiracy theories are not just theories.

Republican states tend to be smaller and more rural with less issues.

Or DNC controlled areas cheat.

You're forgetting, until the XO is deleted, by either new president or court, you still have to abide by it.  Clinton passsed the assault weapons ban that lasted 10 years.  No court over turned it.  So for 10 years it was in effect.  Luckily, I wasn't old enough to own a firearm so it didn't affect me, but I don't want that happening a 2nd time.

That was a law.  Not a XO. Much different. Biden can't pass any laws if Republicans control congress.

It's more like of you need to plan a party one with 100 people will be easier with less issues than one with 1000. There was less changes like mail in voting and other things that influence that too.

And they buy their software from the "Fair Election" store, whereas the Dem states shop at "Democrats-R-Us?"

Please.   The size state has NOTHING to do with the process they use.  Voting and counting is by county.

Try getting a clue.

Why is Alaska a republican state not done counting?   There are hundreds of factors that influence the speed at which the state can count.  Florida and Texas could start counting early.  Texas 12 days before the election.  This means they have a head start.  Unlike Philadelphia which mandated no counts till after election.  I won't call you names, but try think a bit?

Ever been to Alaska, the largest US State by land mass, most of which can only be reached by air?

Ever hear of a Search Engine?  It's NOT in your Prius' owner's manual.

Quote
According to Gail Fenumiai, the director of the Alaska Division of Elections, there are 23,271 early
and absentee ballots deemed eligible for counting. These are already received and reviewed as
eligible. They sent out another 12,541 absentee ballots and if postmarked by November 4th, ballots
can arrive legally 15 days after the election and still be properly counted. Of course, they have no
idea how many of those will be returned.
...
There are also an unknown amount of provisional ballots, which are ballots that may have been cast
at an incorrect polling location or if a poll monitor couldn’t find a voter’s name, amongst other possible
irregularities. In 2010, there were about 13,000, but they have no idea if the number will be the same.

The ballots are currently being reviewed for eligibility. There are also an additional 2,651 statewide
early votes that remain to be counted. On top of those votes, there are absentee ballots coming in daily
from Alaska’s over 200 in-person voting locations. Some that arrived before Election Day have been
counted, but none of the ballots coming in from as many as 120 rural communities have been tabulated
yet. The number of those are completely unknown.

In addition to these ballots there are about 2,000 urban early votes that have yet to be counted. They
will be counted on November 11th, 14th, and then from the 17th through the 19th if necessary. Remember
in Alaska, absentees are sent in from remote locales so these races may not be called for quite a while.

Other than ignoring the part that I proved you wrong.  You made my point.  There are many factors to why some elections take longer than others.  Thanks
