This is just crazy.

The correlation between firearms and homicide is weak. It is true that there are less firearms related deaths in states with lower firearms ownership, but if you look at the overall rate of homicides and rate of firearms ownership there is almost no correlation. Some of the states with the highest rates of firearm's ownership have the lowest per capita homicide, and the opposite is also true. I have no idea why this "sensitive area" ban is even a thing. Is it some sort of consolation to die from stabbing, clubbing, beating, or being run over by a car instead of being shot? I think not. More guns means more shooting, but more guns does not mean less safe.

I'm called Grumpy for a reason.
The local Pols here could care less about the Constitution.
They make their own rules as they see fit.
They make y'all flail in court for years and then ignore it.
Short of going "Kinetic"
Y'all have two choices;  comply or do not comply.
I choose the latter.
I will not comply.
I do not break any Constitutional established law.
I will ignore arbitrary un-constitutional regulations.
It may not be the Hawaiian way, but it is the American way.
 

The Judge in the New York case gave little weight to historical evidence and justification provided by the defense based on territories prior to statehood. Anything HPD, CC's, Mayors, Legislators, or Governor provides as historic context in Hawaii to limit CCW during the Hawaiian Kingdom, Provisional Government, and Territorial eras, is a losing argument. Hawaii better tread lightly because they will not like the outcome if they push the issue and it goes back to the Supreme Ct. We will see how NYs emergency appeal goes. Either way it will probably go En banc. We need another circuit conflict.

We need 2a stuff to be heard much faster. Delay is the only play the anti 2a has left and will exploit it to it's max as ET has stated.
