The Limb Saver recoil pads on 3 of my rifles have decomposed and have become a sticky mess.
I contacted SVL and sent them a picture of my rifle pads.
They gave me the option of:
1) Shipping the affected rifle stocks to them and they will replace the pads. ( I will have to pay shipping to them.)

OR

2) They will send me 2 new pads for each affected pad and I will replace the pads myself or have someone else do it,
at my own expense.

I chose to replace the pads myself and got a box of new pads a week later.
According to SVL the new pads are made from a different compound and this should cure the problem.
Have any of you encountered a similar problem? I hope these new pads will not decompose.
