If anything ukraine needs more,  defeat Russia!  Both are similar though.  Most of the money pays ourselves and goes into the USA economy.

That's actually a good point. Defeat in Ukraine reveals to the rest of the world that we can no longer project power and there's no reason for anyone to hold onto dollars. Therefore keeping the charade going buys Maui some extra time to do something useful with the emergency money before it's worthless.
