18 Attorneys General signed a WVa letter to the USAG and DOJ naming the reasons the DOJ should shut down the Office of Gun Violence Prevention (aka Ministry of Disarming Americans).

Shockingly, Hawaii's AG didn't sign on to this common sense letter.   

One of the primary reasons is the "help" the center is offering states to write and pass state red flag laws.  Not only are they unconstitutional, but the money funding this effort was supposed to go 100% to the states for that cause.  But, as all good bureaucratic agencies do, the center is using part of that money to fund their own operations.
