These are exciting times so make sure you stock up on popcorn. Theres going to be a lot of conflict in the Democratic party up to the election.
1. If Biden stays in, just watch them panic and argue with each other.
2. If Biden steps down as the nominee as being unfit, does that mean he will also step down as President?
3. If Biden steps down as the nominee, it'll be like Game of Thrones. Kamala is supposed to ascend. Any challenger would take her place as VP.
4. Any white person, especially a male, challenging Kamala for the presidential nomination will be seen as stealing it from a black woman.
5. If Kamala steps down also, it'll be seen as a conspiracy against her and progressives will revolt. Like when Hillary Clinton became the nominee.
6. And throw in the Hamas sympathizers protesting, especially if Israel expands the war.
The head of the party when interviewed as the debate ended said in no uncertain terms that Biden would be their nominee on the ballot in November.
Since the deadlines will have passed for them to put their nominee's name on most state's ballots before the DNC convention is held this year, there's been conjecture that some states won't allow any democrat candidate to be added. Too late, too bad.
The party knew this when they scheduled the convention so late in the year. It got me thinking the schemers are up to no good. Somehow, they must see some tactical benefit to skirting certain states' laws -- some of them swing states -- regarding their ballot deadlines.
Now I'm wondering if it's not a ploy to jumpstart a write-in campaign for whomever they select in case it's not Biden. And if it is Biden, they'll just have their voters write his name in. Ballots could become blank checks so the party can switch horses in the last leg of the race.
It just seems fishy, given they have to know the ballot deadlines exist for every single election cycle.
