He has been living in Ohio.

According to an ATF affidavit, the subject, Serrano Restrepo, purchased 22 firearms from an FFL located on the other side of the state -- all in a single transaction.

This is your "better than nothing" NICS system in action -- a program we just keep dumping millions of tax payer dollars into year after year.
