I've been using a free iPhone application called TuneIn Radio on my iPhone for several years now listening to local broadcasts as I get ready for work in the morning.  It streams both local, Mainland and International radio broadcasts for free covering just about any topic. Programming is categorized into subjects like Local Radio, Recents, Trending, Music, Sports, News, Talk, etc.  It even has as search function that allows the user to search for topics. While working out at the gym, I turned it on and for kicks, searched for "firearms".  A bunch of programming popped up on my screen: Military Surplus Collectors Radio, Firearms 101, Gun Talk, Firearms Safety, Firearms and Finances, Firearms Manufacturers and Importors and Distributors....and the list goes on. If you enjoy passing the time away listening to people talk about firearms or firearms-related topics, download the free iPhone app and give it a whirl. I now know what I'll be listening too while cleaning my rifles after a day at the range.

I also do the same using an app called Instacast.  It is basically a podcast client and lets you subscribe to different podcasts out there.

For firearm related podcast, I like "Student of the Gun" the best.  Paul Merkel is pretty knowledgeable, speaks well, has a natural voice for radio and talks to the point.

I tried a couple of others such as "God and Guns" and "Handgun World" but think that Student of the Gun has just the right amount of content between current 2a-related events and firearm handling techniques.
