I will agree that the NICS system and enforecment of getting information into it needs to be better.  Cho and Loghner should have been banned from firearm purchases. State reporting to the NICS system is in a bad way, and I'll agree that at the state level, it should be fixed. The crux is finding the correct amount of enforcement. When do we tread into too much information, or not enough to make a common sense, good decision on what should or should  :-[not ban a person from firearm ownership...
