I've used them before.

The ones I used are red, not green.

They're pretty quick to pick up with the eyes but they are kind of weird to get used to at first.

My only gripe with them is that they aren't tritium and are "invisible" in low light and complete darkness.

For a competition only gun I'd think they would be great but for a HD or sd pistol, they're not the best choice.
Your number one Option for Personal Security is a lifelong commitment to avoidance, deterrence, and de-escalation.

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to beat you to death with it because it is empty.

Sorry but I don't have a lot of respect for many mainstream youtubers these days, because views and what they do becomes a business.  Succumbing to the youtube notoriety, free stuff getting sent to you with discount offers for viewers and personal gain for the youtuber often skews the actual review.  Ask me how I know and those offers made me sick.  Many of these guys were my early subscribers.  Fiber optic sights are great, but these particular sights, ho-lee-fuk.  This is why you we need to be skeptical of youtubers who monetize, or offer discounts for viewers.  They often have little really great knowledge and have a stake in their view count or reviews and will say about anything if it benefits them.

Had not really thought it through, but what you say makes sense.

Amazing amount of videos these days. Most of which I find unwatchable.  The whole Youtube thing is very much fringe to me other than when I see a link that seems to be of interest.

Too often, now that I recall the clips, your comments come back.

Caveat emptor, and all that I guess.  People being paid to post positive stuff to gullible internet drones..............of course.  Excellent business model.

I own the green and I think it shows up a lot clearer than red (my cousin has a red one). I like it but switched to a red dot for my Glock 17. It take some getting used to. I may put it on my Glock 19 and bring it to the next HDF shoot.
