I just want to take a moment and applaud handl defense for their superior customer service.

I have never received better customer service from anyone else in my entire life. I'm in the market for a scar 17 lower to accept pmags and know that Sgt stryker and handl defense are the best ones out there. Stryker is a major asshole and so I looked into the handl lower. I emailed them at about 10 pm our time inquiring about a military discount. So it was probably 3am+ their time. I IMMEDIATELY get a response back, and he replies in the friendliest manner possible. He asked how my day was, and said hed he would be more than happy to help a devil dog out (a little too motard for me but whatever) and then he offered to do the lower swap himself. So I guess emails go directly to his personal phone, and he literally stayed up before the crack of dawn to answer my questions and concerns.

I definitely reccomend handl over stryker. Stryker has not blatantly insulted me on fn forums for asking simple questions and calling him out in his bs while handl went out of his way to accomadate me.

I also had a great experience with HANDL.

I bought a lower and installed it but everything fit tight.

I emailed them and got a return email with them telling me to mail the entire lower to them and they'll swap it out with a brand new one and swap out all the internals.

Just great customer service and a super product.
