If true, and I believe it is otherwise there is going to be 54 Republican Senators coming out to contradict Cruz, I find what McConnell did disgusting. Not knowing Cruz well, I can honestly say he might might have just swept this under the rug if he wasn't running for president. Not sure.

Besides being a Tea Party candidate from Texas, Cruz has another side of him that makes the RINO and establishment Republicans hate him:  He actually keeps the promises he made when campaigning for the Senate!!  That casts a bad light on all the other Senators who obfuscate and squirm out of keeping campaign promises.

Character is not just doing what is expected (we all expect politicians to lie to the public), but it is doing what you promised and telling the truth even when it hurts.

Cruz is the political alter-ego of Trump.  He stirs the pot, but he tries to do so delicately when he needs to and feverishly if that's what it takes.  Cruz is the Congress' worst nightmare -- a Senator with no fear of losing reelection.

All of this is good to know. It is Professional Lifetime Politcians that we need to really look out for. This is exactly why I stay registered as an Independent. I won't vote for a Republican (Or Democrat) if his character is is like McConnell's. A liar to me is a deal breaker. I just hope others out here in the Internet see why voting for a Republican like McConnell is just as bad as a Democrat just voting the party line without researching what their candidate is really like.

McConnell, like Obama, are both a waste of their father's sperm. JMHO
