Small, reliable gun for about $200?

Hello everyone,

Any recommendations on a small semiauto pistol apr about $200? Want .22, .380 or 9mm but other calipers are fine. I am looking for something about the same size of the Phoenix arms 22 maybe slightly bigger. Thanks!

Kel-tec ?

I have no first hand experience with them other than fondling in gun shop.

Good reputation for reliability though.

Frames feel like kids toy plastic though.
