Interesting concept, didn't know they had stuff like this.  But I see a lot of safety issues though.  Ricochet hazards, negligent discharge,  and what happens if someone shoots an undercharged round or does something stupid like loads a 270 in a 30-06 rifle.  I'd imaging would at least put a high concrete wall or berm next to the road for these types of accidents.

I could see it being possible if there were some improvements.

Looks pretty safe with the baffle systems in place. With a bit of safety inspection of firearms and ammo allowed in, I don't see a safety concern.

I would both shoot there and drive past without concern. It's pretty well thought out. Certainly every bit as safe as some of the accommodations made between large cities and airports.
