ATF Accountability Act of 2021 (Crenshaw and Cuellar)

Dan Crenshaw and Henry Cuellar introduced The ATF Accountability Act of 2021 to create a transparent appeals process within the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).  Saw it on a number of SM pages of "gun guys".  MAC and others.  Nothing on other searches. . .

You see how the alpha boiz went after the card picture maker guy?  Had 1 tuber examine the sketch of the plea hearing and said he only had 1 person next to him.  So assumption is that it's a public defender.  He should have an entire legal team cause many orgs are willing to help pay. But by having that 1 public defender there, it prevents him and other attorneys from contacting him.  So they're trying to get the word to him to fire the public defender cause we got a legal team and funds waiting.

This is an important case because abc boiz are arguing a picture of something makes it into a machine gun.  Which can lead to 3D printing data files and so on.  They froze all his assets and even dragged his police officer brother into it.
