    OK, I'll throw in my  $0.02

    Flowing off of DRK's post, why not get something that is 'Duel purpose" ?
In between "general target shooting/plinking and (relatively) quick target acquisition"  and SD
Acog T1A 2x fits right in there.
And besides, look at what all of those Tali's got on their AR's.  ::)
