Is that a real video or just a social media act?
Sadly, I lean toward believing it's real.
I have a sister that has this same entitled mindset. She would use the same kind of arguments to convince others to give her something she doesn't want to pay for.
Case in point, she paid next to nothing to our grandmother for a car, but kept the registration and insurance in our grandmother's name because "she couldn't afford her own policy."
Then, when the car needed repairs, she told the mechanic she can't afford the bill. After some amount of time trying to get her to pay for the work which she authorized and then couldn't pay for

, she just walked away from the whole thing. The shop then took ownership of the car and sold it at auction for what she owed.
Years later after grandma passed, i was helping our mother with the probate process. Turned out, the state said my grandmother owed years of taxes on that car because my sister never registered it in her own name and stopped renewing the tags without notifying anyone she (really our grandmother) no longer owned the car. The amount was over $3,000. I had to get my sister to explain WTF was going on, and then she had to write a statement saying when the car was abandoned. Luckily the tax agent let us off the hook of paying the back taxes and penalties.
No consideration for what her irresponsible behavior does to anyone else -- like causing the WiFi they are stealing to slow down which impacts the person paying for it.
