Yep, you read it right.  We need some constitution-bashing city like Chicago.  Why?

Look at it this way... if it weren't for Chicago, what possible infringement could be so egregious as to make it all the way to the supreme court?  Hawaii's laws, regardless of how they gall us, really do not impede our ability to acquire guns, nor to bear them at certain locations.  Really, the only thing that's outside the line of "reasonable" is the complete lack of carrying.  And, until someone who was turned down for a permit manages to get themselves shot, we won't have a case worth the effort.

So be thankful for the idiots in the windy city!  And those in New York, and those in California.  For so long as there are cities, principalities and state who think they can legislate away our rights, we'll have cases to feed to the high courts, reaffirming and reasserting what we know to be true.

Rejoice, brothers!  There are dumbasses in high places in the world, doing good work for us!
