CNN's Scott Jennings slams Kamala Harris for
bringing 'emotional support animal' Tim Walz to
first interview

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world;
the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Tonight's interview is a joke.

It will be conducted in the afternoon, and then of course after some editing, it will be aired in the evening around 9 something pm eastern time.

And with a CNN reporter who is very ant-Trump and has a history of being so.

Granted, kamala having her running mate with her for her first interview is not new.  Previous presidential nominees did the same.

But I'd be willing to bet she will not do a solo sit down interview in the future without it being staged and scripted to her liking.  Otherwise she will say no dice.

It's no secret she fails miserably with spontaneous questions and unscripted debates.

If the voters out there are not careful in their choices, kamala will win the presidency the same way she won the nomination:  By not earning it.  This is where the danger lies and frankly, the demorats are counting on it.  Deflect, delay, lie, and spread the "joy".  After all, it can be done.  There is only 60-something days left to election day.

Tonights interview will essentially be a kamala/walz political ad.
Sometimes you gotta know when to save your bullets.

“It was a little odd,” Maher quipped. “He was just sitting there for a very long time without saying anything. He was just nodding while she did all the talking. The women’s focus group said he must be a wonderful husband. But really, it just kept going and he was saying nothing. It was like watching Jeopardy! when one of the players can’t work the buzzer.”

The comedian noted that prior to the CNN interview, the media had been “furious” that Harris hadn’t done any extensive interviews with national outlets since launching her campaign for the White House after Joe Biden stepped down in July.

However, Maher said, “Now she finally does and not a single question about abortion, Ukraine, the homeless, the Opioid crisis, the national debt.”

“And then they wonder why the kids get their news from TikTok,” the host joked.

Maher also thinks major news outlets “always ask the stupidest question in the world: ‘What would you do on day one?’ You know, it’s not that kind of a fucking job, OK? It’s just not that kind of a job.”
