Hey, We are in need of NAMES.  Please reach out to all instructors, stores, individuals.  1) did you apply for a CCW/PTA AND the HPD ALREADY HAD a MEDICAL CLEARANCE Letter explaining that you are ok, despite having been PREVIOUSLY diagnosed or treated for something (anxiety, depression, ADHD, ANYTHING), and 2) When you RECENTLY applied for a PTA/CCW somehow HPD communicated to you (email, telephone call, in person, letter), that HPD needed ANOTHER copy of that clearance letter or a NEW one or one with a NEWER date etc.  Then PLEASE contact my office ASAP- 808-521-3367.  You need not become a plaintiff, we just need to be able to reference the events.  This is VERY TIME SENSITIVE.
