$10.50 a gallon for gasoline

I think gas in Hon. is $5.40 something a gallon @.
In parts of CA gas is $10.50 and diesel is $12 a gallon.
This is what we can expect in HI if we continue to elect crazy knuckle heads.
I will say it again: HI politicians just love to ape CA.

According to CB our power bills are supposed to go up 20 to 30 percent in the next few months.

So glad we got rid of that pesky coal plant and are now competing with the rest of the world for low-sulfur crude
Sharing is caring, but forced redistribution is communism.

You are Absolutely Right.
The coal fired plant was the cheapest source of electricity on Oahu. Our gov. dismantled it ASAP,
so there is No Chance of resurrection. The amount of pollution this small plant created was miniscule.
The rest of the world will now be safe from the tiny plant in Hawaii.
Mean while huge coal powered plants are continuously being built in China and India.
A few years ago China created the worlds largest coal fired facility in the world. It looks like a city.
The USA still ships our coal to China.
