FYI CMP ammo .223 Hornady

I have a hard time finding match ammo.  This is a FYI if you are part of CMP or CMP eligible.

http://www.odcmp.com/Sales/ammo.htm

For match ammo it's about .87 shipped.

Hornady .223 Rem. Ammunition, Bullet: 75 gr. BTHP Match, Velocity: 2790 fps. at the muzzle, 200 rounds in a case.  It will take about 6 months according to the site to ship.  I used this ammo with pretty good results.

The POI shift between XM193 and XM855 to me seemed to average about 2-2.5" with 1/7 twist and 3-3.5" with 1/8 twist (I did this awhile ago, but this is what I recall after shooting 5 round test groups with each 3 times).  The 1/8 twist performed well as can be expected with xm193, not so much with the xm855.  What was interesting to me was the Winchester M855 and the Federal XM855 had a POI shift of about 2" also.

sorry
i meant the POI shift between the .223 BTHP match and the XM855 and XM 193?
i traded for your XM855 thinking that it would perform more like the .223 BTHP than the XM193 would

I wondered that myself.  Only thing I can think of is the application process prevents everyone from being a member, thus the better shipping rate to alaska and hawaii.  Just guessing though.  I only wish they had more calibers available.  I will say that the wait time is no joke.  It took about 3 months before I got my order prior to the craze when it was in stock.  I think it's worth the wait though.

What shipping service did they use?
