Silhouette side I know for sure you can set up your own metal targets.

I do it all the time.

2 things to remember.

1) Minimum distance is 50 yards.

2) everybody and their momma can and will shoot at your target.

no for both on the pistol side

action bays should be ok for bowling pins, not sure on metallic targets
PM funtimes and see what they do at the HDF range days

The pistol range, aka, the pistol shed, aka the state-run range, is paper only.

The silhouette range is much more understanding.  They let people set up reactive targets.  I've seen swingers, golf balls, water bottles, you name it.  Bowling pins should be just fine.  And, not to argue with KK, but they let folks set them just across the ditch at about 25 yards.

Action bays are fine for just about anything.

Yeah I guess I have set up my spinners a few feet behind the asphalt. I guess about 40 yards.

I think KK maybe right. I recall the minimum distance for steel targets at the silhouette range was 50 meters. This also includes targets brought to the range by shooters.

Driving in, It's the first bay on the right after the archery range.  ( to the right of the rifle range and the  closed bathroom if you're looing out at the targets )

Only open Sat and Sun.
