Richard is a clown.  He has no f'n clue what the hell he is talking about.

He makes it sound like 15 and 16 year olds walk into gun shows and buy guns? What a DORK!

Any form of Gun Control would have not prevented this tragedy!

Even if Guns were outlawed the thugs would still have the guns......

This type of debate solves nothing.

It's just people yelling at each other without making any progress.

These debates need to be structured.

10 seconds to formulate a question.

10 seconds to formulate an answer.

After 10 seconds, your mic is muted.

Then we can clearly hear questions and answers, and if you're a knuckle head that just wants to talk the loudest, no one will hear you.
Your number one Option for Personal Security is a lifelong commitment to avoidance, deterrence, and de-escalation.

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to beat you to death with it because it is empty.

Perhaps if the politicians outlaw violent gangs and murder this kind of thing will never happen again.

Maybe we need to stop "16 and 17 year olds" from buying .22 rifles.

Quote
Excerpt from Oklahoma Gun Laws:

Minors may own firearms that are given to them by their parents, relatives, or legal guardians. However, they may not generally possess firearms unsupervised until they are 18 years of age. There are exceptions to this rule, such as when a minor possessing a hunting license (and having passed a hunter's safety course) is hunting, possession of firearm(s) on certain types of private property, and possession of firearm(s) in one's own home.

The killers:
James Edwards, 15,
Chancey Luna, 16,
Michael Jones, 17

My math must be a little rusty.  Looks to me like they are under 18, so the law would have prevented any of  them from even having a rifle outside the home on a public street.

I guess we need more laws ......

What we need to do is move everyone to Canada
Go house to house. Door to door.  Dig up the ground look for all
Illegal weapons.  Confiscate all the illegal stuff.
And then let everyone back in.

I like how CNN doesn't even mention the perps are black.
Nor that it is a hate crime. I think it's a hate crime

There is NO DOUBT whether this is a hate crime.  The only problem is, it's not politically correct to accuse blacks of hate crimes against whites.  That's not a crime.  According to Obama's rhetoric, that's "social justice."

I read somewhere that one of the guys had made tweets prior to the shooting that were at the very least threatening towards whites.  The law enforcement authority had commented that he didn't think it was a hate crime even though he was aware or the tweets.   :wtf:  Sounds like a clear cut hate crime to me.
It is what it is.

Notice the gun grabbing idiot resorted to the knee jerk "assault weapons" spiel?

Ben Shapiro exposed this moronic cognitive dissonance in liberals when he debated Piers Morgan on the issue. Piers claimed to support people's right to own handguns, but he was against ownership of "military style assault weapons", because they're the weapon of choice in these mass shootings.  When Shapiro pointed out that the vast majority of gun related killings are done w/ handguns, Piers had no response.

Superbly stated! Left wing liberals put the control of law abiding citizens far and away over the safety of the same. Really?!?! No guns would ELIMINATE firearms from being in the hands of criminals...what a crock of crap. We have drug laws in place and that whole mess has been cleared right up huh?! Please detect my sarcasm. There is no freakin' way that "gun control" will control anything but the citizen that follows the law.

Remember this? "When the people fear the government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty." It is by our constitution that we have the right to bear arms and bears arms is what I will do.

Great cartoons of Obama. Ironic that with a "black" President we are more racially divided than I can remember.
It seems that Mr. Fowler is like his buddy Pies Morgan - in that for the sake of arguing they try to talk louder over their opponent. Mrs. Malkin sat quietly while Mr. Fowler brought up his argument.
