One day at the 25 yd range, I was shooting .45 auto. I was in need of fresh brass for reloading, so I took out 4 boxes of blazer brass. One box was the 45 auto with the small primer. I noticed an older japanese guy walking around with a dust pan, but I didnt think anything of it. by the time I was finished, this clown cherry picked all of the .45 auto large primer brass, and left about 35 with the small primer. I asked him if he picked up my brass, and he just mumbled and walked away. Yeah sure, from the outside it may look like I only shoot factory ammo, but that brass was supposed to replenish my inventory. Now after I empty every magazine, I sweep it up, or if I am shooting with friends, we pick it up as soon as it hits the floor.
And another thing....
On the rifle side, I've been on the waiting list and had to wait over an hour while there were open benches not being used. People were reserving these benches, for their friends who would show up late, and the range officers do nothing about it. And when the entire group is there, they shoot about 1 round every 5-10 minutes and talk to their buddies around them who just so happen to be on the same shooting schedule. 3-4 benches are being occupied, but nothing is happening on them. is it asking too much for these guys to just use one bench?

?
I've been going to that range since 2004, Its been crazy the past few years. I rarely bother with the rifle or pistol side on the weekends anymore. On the bright side, I've gotten back into shooting trap over this time.
