Hi bass monkey.  I called Jeff and he said "the sooner, the better". He said he'd like to get all the attendees signed up no later than a week before... So to be safe, I'd say sign up at the latest on the week of October 21-25.

The November classes are the last ones scheduled for this year.  Next ones would be 2014.

The first 2 classes will be held at the Department of Emergency Management's Emergency Operating Center, 650 South King Street (Fasi Municipal Building).  Parking is on the S. Beretania Street side. You need not pay the meter on the weekends.  These will be the 16 hours of classroom time.

The last class is the 4 hours practicum and you will need to have taken the first 2 classes to be able to participate in the last one. This class will be held somewhere in Diamond Head.

You will get CERT certification once you have "graduated" from the program.
