Happening to me to.  The worst is that when I visit the site for the first time, it makes me log in, and when I click "unread posts since last visit" it then tells me there are none.  SO no one has posted a single thing to this forum in 4 days?

Same problem.  I even changed the timeout to "3 months" on the theory that maybe it was just something goofy with the "forever" setting.

Dint mattah nohow.  Getting on this morning, it had switched back to "forever" and I had to log in again.

It's only a minor annoyance, but then again, I'm the laziest critter on the mainland.  By actual test.

Have not changed cookies or anything.  Using Internet 'Splorer Version 8.0.6001.18702, for what it's worth.

I do believe that the radical and crazy notion that the Founders meant what they said, is gradually soaking through the judicial system.

Well, I guess by now admins are aware of the problem.

Maybe it's for anti-bot scanning.

At least we don't have to go through any of those stupid "Captcha" excercises, where the word in the box can't be read by machines.

Or me, either.
