why would you buy a junk gun and why would you want to limit yourself to just a few guns?  don't you know he who dies with the most toys wins?

Why would anyone want to crap on someone else's resolutions?

I resolve to be healthier and spend more time with friends.

He who dies with more guns is still dead

Curious to know what gun you're getting stangzilla. :). I'm pretty sure it will be a good one.

There's so much to choose from... Rifle, pistol, carbine, air/pellets, etc....

I agree about keeping it simple... We each only have 2 hands after all.

Maybe try to not set too many goals and expectations this year....

Take a chill pill...maybe two....

Maybe let myself go a little....

Make more than I spend....

Spend more quality time with the family....

Get closer to my Creator....

That's my resolution....yeah yeah that's it

My new years resolution is not to make resolutions.
God, guns, and guts made America. Let's keep all three!

In 2014 I'm not buying any guns.

This will be a hard resolution.

The odds makers set the line at 3 weeks. I say under. And 2-1 it's an AK.

Good luck...BTW how's therapy going for this problem. ;D I'm not a betting man but I would even take some of this action. Hell if you don't cave, I'll taunt you with some stuff you can't resist just to help you get through the harsh withdraw symptoms.

Learn a new language.

I have high-school through college in Japanese, but having recently spent a bunch of time in California, I wonder if Spanish is the way to go.

Open to suggestions (no, I am not going to learn Russian... I'll leave the Russian romancing to bruddah Q!)  ;D

Si, señor

Spanish is the way to go. Aside from Hawaii, when was the last time you ran into someone speaking Japanese?
I grew up in California, I've been to ALOT of states and Spanish speakers are always heard. Hate to admit it, but Spanish is the most useful language ( aside from English) in the U.S.
If you want a cool, easy language to learn, maybe German?

My weapon resolution is to buy only one pistol in 2014. The rest of my mad money will be to modify my existing guns;upgraded sights, triggers, etc. The wife liked the idea, but has no clue what she has agreed to ....insert evil laugh here ;D

The rest of the years resolutions, just live life!

Yup, I told my wife I'd not buy any firearms in 2014 but I'm gonna pimp out a few guns too
