Might be a silly question, but what's the eyebrow for, if you can only shoot from a seated position in most of the range anyway?

it's a "visual reminder" not to elevate your weapon

over/under for first puka is 9 calendar days

I am very surprised this work is getting done really fast (for government work), kudos to the Mayor.

However why is the eyebrow made of thin plastic?  I would've imagined it would be wood planks like the handgun side to help slow down, deform, or destabilize the bullet to reduce it's range.

they should've used corrugated metal at least
then you could hear it when some idiot hits it
bullets will go straight through the plastic

Despite what is shown on pop movies etc. anything in the path of a bullet will deflect it.
