Ok based on forum answers Steel Gongs are ok to use with restrictions.  Can I mount two Gongs vertically on my rifle target frame without getting the riot act from RSOs?  6" & 4" AR500 round steel targets...

Also where has everyone been purchasing their Gongs from.

I'm looking at Shoot Steel & Shooting Targets 7 for my Steel Target Needs.

I guess I should elaborate further since some people are also in search of Gongs.

I narrowed it down to the aforementioned two vendors because they have reasonable shipping prices and they Laser CNC their targets to reduce heat buildup which causes weakening of the AR500 Steel Targets.

There was one vendor that water cut theirs but the cost and selection wasn’t that great.

I didn’t look at ebay since I can’t be certain that the targets listed are made out of AR500 Steel.   Yes there is also a possibility that these vendors also may not be as credible also.

I ordered a set of steel targets last night from The Target Man.

The 3 round 1/2" set is usually $174.99.  I found it in the Sales & Overstock section for $124.99.  I added the smallest 6" target for $20 more.

Soooooo, for $144.99, I ordered 4 targets, round 1/2" AR500 unpainted, 6" - 8" - 10" - 12", with free USPS flat rate shipping.
