Board member gene tierney berated the fact that our taxpayer dollars paid for "propaganda"
And asked if hpd was going to show reefer madness next

They are still ASSuming that the bullets originated from the range. The investigation is still open and there is no answer to where those alleged bullets came from. One can not discount the real possibility that people illegally fired from places other than the range i.e. Sandy Beach or wherever one chooses to ILLEGALLY discharge a firearm.
They are painting us as if we are irresponsible criminals when we on the contrary acted more responsibly to the ALLEGATIONS that these bullets came from the range.

A different but parallel analogy can be made in regards to traffic and other life hazards. Let's shut down the freeways till people: quit drinking and driving, hitting pedestrians, speeding...

In fact, we are more responsible than the majority of the drivers out there and with less dangerous results.
We are a smaller, more scrutinized sample of the population of Hawaii just because we own firearms.
