Though police had identified no victims late Saturday, Richard Martinez stepped up to say his son, Chris Martinez, was one of the people killed.
"Why did Chris die?" Richard Martinez said to reporters. "Chris died because of craven, irresponsible politicians and the NRA. They talk about gun rights, what about Chris's right to live? When will this insanity stop?"

Well, it wasn't Elliot Rodger's fault, according to one of the victim's father. Looks like whatever the media has done over the years it worked.

Yeah 3 dead from a knife and I think one was from being hit by a car right?  So four of the six deaths weren't from a gun.  Of course that won't be mentioned in any article.  It was just a tragic event by some maniac.
