Not as clumsy as a blaster.  A more elegant weapon, for a more civilized age.

If it was allowed and I could conjure up anything out of thin air, I would choose an MP5SD and lots of spare mags.

After today at the KH shooting fair, I changed my mind.

I wouldn't mind using a Kriss V also.

Now if I'm actually able to try an MP5, I might revert my choice back.
I think, therefore I am armed.

If only we could get the 25rd mags for it...

Only downside is it's not a handgun, so you give up concealability.

I suspect, if it comes down to needing just the one firearm, we will not be too worried about concealment.  Can always sling it behind you, at least my Viking sling works that way.

Otherwise, I am with you, my LR-308 fits the need for me very well.

I know I am late, but I would prefer to have a light saber.  In order to yield such a grand weapon you have to training! LOL

You stand there with your light saber while someone intelligent picks you off with a head shot at 500 yards with a combat rifle.
Your number one Option for Personal Security is a lifelong commitment to avoidance, deterrence, and de-escalation.

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to beat you to death with it because it is empty.
