There is a program. The program is not anywhere near completed yet. Two more years of "executive actions". Expect one in the very near future re "(illegal) immigration".
In the meantime, the court in Hilo is right now (Thurdsay at 11AM) hearing the Hanabusa lawsuit to postpone the special election scheduled for tomorrow (Friday, August 15) in two precincts in Puna closed by the storm. Stay tuned.

The judge's ruling indicated that while the law says the election can be held, people are still trying to recover from damage caused by Tropical Storm Iselle.
"If you take a popular poll now, the poll would indicate that there's a lack of common sense to hold the election tomorrow," he said.
