What does "refferals" mean, under our username.. I have 3, is that something bad?

It's nothing bad, in fact it should be good. Its just the amount of people that have gone through your referral link or signed up with your username as a referral when first signing up. If you want you referral link, you can find it in your profile.

Hey bananaclip, 2aHawaii is wrong.

What it actually means is how many times you've been referred to the state mental health facility.
