Which would have been essentially from when they first opened their mouths until the show ended. Did Carlisle ever win a case in court? Or are judges and juries here stupid enough to get sidetracked by red herrings and straw men and... just plain nonsense?

Thanks for putting yourself in a difficult position and maintaining your cool, though I think a couple of times I may been reading your mind... and it wasn't pretty... or was that my mind?  :shaka:
I'm pretty sure those that know me (and apparently those that may not....) knew exactly what I was thinking....and you're right. It wasn't pretty.

I give you guys credit.  I would never be able to do this sort of thing.  I take to long to think, and would get frustrated quickly by the garbage....  You all are quick thinking, cool head, and plenty of good information and facts..... Thank you again!

I agree.

I would have lost my shit and been a perfect example to support their case.

Thank you.....Harvey is much more cool headed than I.....it took a lot of effort not to smack Carlisle......a lot!

I have an idea for anyone who may have a little pent up energy left after tonight's show....How about we flood PBS with questions about why so few viewer questions were read? Here's the contact info:

I wonder if it would be possible to have a debate or discussion with a pro-2a moderator on a show like shooting sports Hawaii?

That works be a sight to see.
Sign me up. I'd like to have a more balanced discussion/debate

Now that would be entertaining.....  No anti 2A moderator to block hard questions and demand answers... That would be fun.  I wonder if the Anti2AHawaii.com forum would have all their members calling and writing in a bunch of anti 2A questions? ???    Oh wait, there is no Anti2AHawaii.com...

And done.

It is equally useful in securing meat for the table, destroying group enemies on the battlefield, and resisting tyranny. In fact, it is the only means of resisting tyranny, since a citizenry armed with rifles simply cannot be tyrannized."

My brain still kinda hurts from listening to Calisle last night, so I thought maybe if I actually wrote out one of his arguments, and then go weed whack for a few hours I'll feel better. I might not have this exactly right, but I don't think I can watch that again without the possibility of permanent neurological damage.

1. Some people drink intoxicating beverages.
2. Some people drink intoxicating beverages to the point of mental/emotional/physical impairment.
3. Most people who drink intoxicating beverages, even if intending/planning not to, drink to the point of impairment.
4. Guns and alcohol do not mix.

THEREFORE:

No one should have a CCW license.

If you need more opportunity to clear your head via weed whacking, I can help provide the "source" for you.   ;D

Regarding the OP, I haven't watched it yet, but I have it on my DVR.  I might just watch the online version linked above though.  I watched the previous (think it was 2011) debate and it was tough to swallow.  I know Harvey and Bill personally and they are excellent at this type of "discussion".  Excellent knowledge and even better temperament!

Great job HiC and Harvey.

Carlisle is a knucklehead and the moderator is a DICK. He's so one sided he shouldn't be allowed to Host the show.

Automatic shotgun (well it went boom boom boom without pumping) that sounded like anti-aircraft Fire ?  Grow a Pair.

The fragment rounds comment made my head hurt. They apparently never heard of buckshot.

Funny because many concede that fragmenting (pistol) rounds are LESS effective than regular hollow point ammo.

The theme I got from this is that Carlise and Louie (THE RULING ELITE) have no interest in changing the laws as it pertains to your rights to defend yourself.  You are too stupid and not responsible enough to handle them, you are borderline nuts, and THEY are much more smarter than YOU, so STFU! END OF STORY,  and Get back to the cane fields!......  before we take away the toys you already have.....
