how does a c&r transfer work and what paperwork do I need ?  Besides my c&r , I'd , sales slip and log book do I have to show a valid long gun permit as well ?  I have read some threads about this but I'm just confused.. I was under the understanding that I just needed my c&r but I got told I need my longun permit as well..   and what about a handgun? I also read I can buy and register handguns with a c&r but now I'm worried I have to get my handgun permit and deal with all the bs associated with it.  I thought the whole purpose of a c&r was to avoid all of this.
