I wonder how common this is the those 43 states that have "shall issue"/"Constitutional carry"? I suspect I might not live long enough to see the day this happens in Hawaii...

Employer Offers Cash Bonus to Conceal Carry

Excerpt:

A local attorney said he is giving his employees a $50 bonus each month if they choose to conceal carry.

“I was like so you’re going to give me $50 to carry a pistol? And he was like, yup that’s what we’ll do. Well sign me up,” said paralegal for Puryear Law P.C. Elizabeth Payne.

Carrying her gun at work gets her $50 extra each month from her boss.
.......

[And I was, like, that's so totally awesome dude!]

Wow
I was going to say that could never happen here.
But then it could work and be legal at an office situation. Your office is a place of sojourn.
The restrictions would be stifling tho....

You are allowed under your place of business.  It would be up to the owner to allow it.  No?

Reviving an old thread . . .

HRS 134-25 " all firearms shall be confined to the possessor's place of business..." which I interpret to mean that I am allowed to carry at my workplace as it is my right per 2A.  What if I am a partner in the business, albeit a minority owner?

It could happen, you just have to find a boss that allows it.You don't actually need the permission from the owner/boss though, but if you want to keep your job then it would be good to have permission.

Personally I would make sure my employees had some training before I allowed it.
