Aieahound is right, the story about the sister is circumstantial at best. It is entirely possible that the sister made a comment about wanting to blow up the school and it is entirely possible that someone who didn't like her would have made up such a claim. And being a juvenile the school probably won't release details about their own decision.

When you have a witness who heard the girl make a threat against the school, that is called DIRECT EVIDENCE.

You might want to read the definition of circumstantial again. Perry Mason!

It is circumstantial as to whether this boy's actions was some scheme. The story about the sister doesn't prove anything, it would just be consistent with the scenario that there is some master plan, thus it is circumstantial.

As far as whether this girl really did make a bomb threat I don't know. Just because she was suspended for that allegation doesn't convince me that she actually did. I say this because school discipline is not always known for its just nature or burden of proof. I could give a number of experiences both personal and from other sources in which school officials doled out discipline that didn't fit reality if you wanted. Maybe the girl admitted to it, maybe there was a note recovered, it certainly is possible she made a bomb threat, I just am not going to jump on the bandwagon to assume she is guilty in light of her brother's actions without more information on her case.

Is that your final answer?

First you said, "The story about the girl is circumstantial at best."

Now, you changed it to, "it's circumstantial as to whether the boy's actions was some scheme."

You failed to answer whether the story about the girl is still circumstantial in your mind.  Maybe you have a tough time admitting when you are wrong?  And I was being nice when I used "maybe."

Are you going to keep substituting parts of the story in your statement until you hit on something that actually coincides with your description?

Discussing anything with you is like trying to catch a greased pig!

I didn't change my stance, I guess I just failed to make my statement clear enough for you to understand. If someone says they heard you threaten to blow up a school that isn't circumstantial thus I figured it would be obvious I was talking about her story in relation to Ahmed's case. I will try to spell things out for you next time I use adult words.

Oh, now you're attacking me personally?

That's always a good sign you've lost the debate and have nothing new to say.

I'm done with you.

Not an attack. Just an observation.

Still think we need a serious investigation into this clock thing though.
Is this family/the father up to no good ?
Are they setting the table up for something ?

Hahaha, now that is the pot calling the kettle black. Though I have often disagreed with you, I had never insulted you despite multiple sarcastic and/or insulting comments from you. Now I bite back once and you are claiming the high ground?

Amen. In fact some news journalist should interview him and have Ahmed show on air how he "invented" the clock. See if he really even knows anything about electronics or soldering.

The fact she was suspended, which is not disputed, tells us the family knew the school would absolutely take a bomb threat of any sort seriously.
Yeah you previously mentioned this as your fact #5, and I agreed with it. It also survives perfectly even without fact #1 (whether the accusations against the sister are true).

I did say at the beginning that I really liked this story against the sister, and that's still true. It just turned out that when I checked into the details, it was misinterpreted and overblown. Nevertheless, it's still a strike against the family.

Agreed. They will realize how good they had it here after they leave and go wherever they intend to. As the Terminator once said "I'll be back!"
