Is it possible/safe to use bird/snakeshot in a revolver? I have a super small .22revolver and wanted to keep the snakeshot loaded in at least 1 slot as I live in Arizona and Snakes are coming out of hibernation... Thanks!

Never tried it but here you go  :

We used to shoot rats at night on a pig farm using .38 and .44 shotshells--it was fun and the shotshells worked well.

Uncle in law in Georgia carries a Black Widow .22 WMR with half the cylinder in birdshot in his front pocket.

He is so fast with that thing he has drawn, shot a snake, re-pocketed and walked away before I even knew what happened.

I have a mini revolver and during the ammo shortage the only 22wmr ammo was the bird/snake shot. Never bought any, but if I was headed to snake country on the mainland, I think the shot in a mini revolver would be prefect.

I bought 34 acres in Georgia and I have one small spot that is marsh.  I will be buying a Judge or a Senator before I start working that land.  Nothing like running up on a large aggressive Cottonmouth. They have to be killed.
