paraphrasing a bit because i don't remember exactly what i heard while driving to work
i believe they said thursday at 6:30pm on kgmb
but it will likely be on all the HNN stations

Matt Levi is a pretty good guy but I haven't seen him in a long time.
I caught a promotional spot that said something like.... people are buying a lot more guns but are we safer?

here in Hawaii I don't think we are any safer bc we cant use them.
they are just collections at home.

I hope he is fair and poses a question the other way:

Are cars safe?

interviewed a Major Richard Robinson.  is he the head of firearms division?
whoever he is, he's a major anti gun left wing liberal.  definitely.

he was allowed to rattle off his fears and personal beliefs about guns, with very little fact.
he doesn't believe AR's should be in the hands of civilians
they are too powerful and can penetrate through many houses and are too dangerous. ( so I guess a hunting rifle, 308, 300 WM, 30-6, 7mm, etc is less powerful than a 5.56?)
a gun for HD wont help you, it'll get stolen and be used against you
they use stats from 3 cities.  (big deal, its 3 cities)
Mr. Robinson says get a dog for home defense, its better.  (was that a joke?)
most of what he says is his own personal fears about guns.
a biased guy like this doesn't belong being the head of firearms division.

if he thinks guns are such a bad thing, then he should get rid of his gun, unless he's a hypocrite.

very disappointed that Mr. Levi put out such a rubbish show.  shame on him!

How about we keep things a little more intelligent than that.

I finally got it recorded and watched it Sunday. Besides the anti-gun policeman I thought Harvey did a credible job of defending our side on this. I commend Levi for including him in his production.

What I hate is that the one question I would like to know the answer to is never asked. If all these guns in the hands of the people and the increase in gun sales are supposed to make us less safe, then why are we not less safe? They tout how safe we are yet they also state we are less safe due to the shear number of fiorearms in the hands of the people.
