Gun Control Laws in Turkey
« on: June 28, 2016, 06:08:16 PM »
Hawaii needs to tighten up the "commonsense gun safety regulations" here to make them even closer to those of Turkey. Actually the laws are almost identical...full registration of all firearms, absolute ban on automatic weapons, bans on some "assault weapons", no public concealed carry allowed (although Turkey apparently allows some few people who qualify to open carry), tons of gun free zones (like airports, etc.).

I think we can all learn a big lesson about public safety from Turkey by enacting even more strict gun control measures here in Hawaii so we can achieve the excellent public safety record as evidenced by Turkey.

They will just say this is evidence that it wasn't enough and they need even more restrictions.

Just require everyone to be naked in public and only carry items in clear see through bags.  That way easy to see whether someone has a weapon or not.

Still gonna require a cavity search before one enters any building or goes into any space containing large numbers of people, like parks or beaches. I think it could be done by hiring a substantial number of ordinary high school dropouts who would be given a brief course in rectal examination techniques, along the lines of "Homeland Security", but maybe called "Rectal Security" (I wanna see the sleeve patch for that organization), or something. If there were any objections I'm sure everyone would come around to seeing the necessity of such a policy once they were given the calculations showing the destructive capability of the average rectal payload.

If I were to see rainbow boy and his large friend naked (meeting with Sen Espero 6/27) I would definitely have PTSD and may never recover....... :shake:

Yeah, the totally-nude-all-the-time state security policy will conflict with the "safe space" and "micro-aggression" state policies wherein people may not be offended by anything they say offends them. It's gonna be tough call, but I'm sure our dedicated public servants will do what's best for us, as they always do.

Just like people watching at the beach.  There's the good and the bad.  Many times, the bad REALLY out weight the good (pun kinda intended).   :o

Just think about the people you'd see at say Walmart.  I don't really want to see some of that with clothes on, let alone without. . . [runs and hides]

Wait a minute!  A self-proclaimed Muslim terrorist murders 49 people in a Gays night club in Orlando, and Obama blames the "gun epidemic" in the US, then screams for more gun control and bashes the NRA!  Oh, and the administration is still baffled as to the terrorist's motives!!   :wtf:

Within a DAY after 3 Muslim terrorists killed 42 in a Turkish airport, Obama sends the US military to bomb the crap out of ISIS??

un-FREAKIN-believable!!
