See if the Comp Tac design is to your liking.  Otherwise there are other local kydex guys that may be able to make you one.

I used this one for my Sig P320 fullsize 9mm at Front Sight Training.  Very adjustable, and a paddle, slide or both (MOD) are available.  Uses a thin springy piece of metal to apply pressure when holstered for good retention, and flexes when drawing or reholstering to allow the gun to glide smoothly in or out without having to muscle it.

Comes with replacement screws, plus a variety of spacer and screw lengths to adjust tension.

As you see if you watch the video, to use the same holster base for another gun, just order the shell for that gun and replace the original one.  $12.88 plus shipping, and you have a holster that fits for multiple pistols.

I recommend once you get it adjusted to your liking, add some lock-tite to the screws.  Mine came apart once from screws falling out.  Good thing I had spares!  That was probably around the 400-500 round mark.

Shipping took about a week, and I really liked using it.  With no thumb levers, finger buttons or other retention mechanisms, it's perfect for a training holster or concealed carry.  If, however, you intend to open carry, I'd recommend something like the SafariLand ALS line with better retention.

I got the Cloak Mod also, like it much better than the Blackhawk Surpa holster, I was using before.

What are you going to use it for and how much are you willing to spend?  As mentioned above, the use may impact on how much retention you might want (for open carry) or not want.

I am a huge fan of G-Code holsters as they are well made and with the RTI plate, I can swap out holsters on my training and competition belt in an instant.  I have holsters with retention for when I do training classes and only minimal retention for competition.  Luckily, VP9 seems to have a good amount of holsters available and growing.  So you should have lots of options.

The G-Code RTI system isn't cheap, but around the same price range as BladeTech and Comp-Tac.  I have a couple of Blade-Tech and Comp-Tac holsters as well and they are both great, just easier to swap out the holsters with the RTI.  I have a BladeTech holster that I put an RTI plate on since G-Code doesn't yet offer an OSH holster for my PPQ.

I've heard good things about AlienGear holsters, but I have yet to try one.

I also have a couple Raven OWB holsters that are geared more for concealment.  They make good stuff as well, but you might have to wait a while if they don't have the particular setup that you want in stock.
