Have you tried a speed test?  TWC says 85% is acceptable to them.  60mbps "should" be enough to stream.  Have you tried any other stream boxes?

I just want to drop cable and the high prices of ALOT of JUNK channels.
Such as ESPN, QVC and church channels.

Also paying for Ole'o.

ESPN is by far the most expensive license that is required on cable packages @ over $6 per subscription.

I dropped cable TV completely about 4 years ago.  With Over-The-Air HD TV, Radio, iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, and all the free web content, there's no problem finding something for entertainment.

If you need something different not offered for free, you can subscribe online usually, which supports just the company offering what you want to watch and is usually a fraction of what you paid for Cable TV and their equipment.

I have Oceanic RoadRunner 300MBPS service, mainly to support multiple streaming devices at once.

If you want to see what programs/channels are on OTA HD, try http://www.tvguide.com/listings/, change the settings to your area, and click on ANTENNA and then OTA BROADCAST.  Look at 2.x, 4.x, 5.x, 9.x, 10.x, 11.x and 13.x.  There are 2-3 channels for each one of those (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 4.1, ...).  You'll need a TV or add-on box that tunes digital channels with decimals.

Do they not offer Ala Carte? I have been meaning to call and ask but haven't gotten around to it.
