That's lights out with the Eley Match 

Inspector, Did you get a chance to shoot the Eley Tenex? I took the Savage Mako out for a run but forgot the bolt at home.  . What can I say? I'm getting old. Tried it again witth the 10/22. My printer is out of color ink but doens't print the wings even in black/white.

I'll never forget the day I went out to the range (from Kapolei) with 3 guns and the wrong ammo for all 3 guns. I had nothing to shoot. LOL

I did shoot the Tenex today. I noted that the wind was gusting pretty good today and my groups were not as good as the Eley Match. Funny thing is I shot better groups today with the Eley Match in the wind as with the Tenex. But the surprise ammo today was the Aguila Sub Sonic ammo I brought with me. Take away the occasional flyer and the Aguila shot very well. I have a fly target for the Tenex and Aguila. I will post them tomorrow.

No I'm just a cheap a$$ and prefer to spend my money on powderr and primers.

My Kestrel was registering 3-13mph today, Mine usually liked the SK Match and Norma Match but not today. I shot the cheaper CCI best. It hated the Eley Sport. Oh well always a learning experience.

Took the .308 out to fireform brass.  Didn't do all that well, guess my mind was somewhere else.  Just couldn't pull it together.

The vertical speration on the Tenex looks pretty good. Maybe should give it another go on a day with more consistent winds? Either way nice shooting!!

Great bug hunt!
Sadly I only had a few hours range time in December and I forgot to bring the bug targets.

But it's ok cuz I can just shoot at the bugs in my house anytime.

Thanks guys!  Too bad the fire cut the day short!
