My friend went to a lgs here on maui and the owner claims that this is legal to own here? And that hk has a 49 state legal version. I'm not up to date on all of the rules that states what classifys something as a assault pistol. But I'm pretty sure that assault pistols are a big no no here on hawaii. Any one care to clarify some things?
