It should be fully legalized so we can regulate and tax it!

We already pay for the state to screw us.  What's a little competition?   :geekdanc:
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world;
the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

This is just to create a situation where a firearm is used in a crime against a hooker to ban guns.

The proposal also would end a state law that says police officers can't have sex with prostitutes in the course of investigations.

Heard on the radio today that the bill was submitted as a 'courtesy'...sounds like total BS. How about some pro-2a courtesy bills!

Two of the three "shall issue" CCW bills are such ("Introduced by request of another party")(Senator Gabbard's CCW bill, even though introduced and changed at my request, is something he believes in and stands behind, rather than merely a courtesy and as a mostly disinterested party... though I don't really know the level of enthusiasm and backing of the legislators for the other two bills they introduced...).
