Out of state LTC

So I already know that Hawaii doesn't honor any other states licensing but my question is does Hawaii have a fast track way around there process where I do not need to complete every step and check every block?

No.  there is no fast track.  You have to do the whole process and then you will be denied your LTC.

They will give the reason as, " ... you do not meet the criteria for an 'exceptional case', therefore your permit to carry concealed is denied."  or something to that effect.

Yeah I wasn't planning on trying for an ltc here when I only have a few months left but I do want to purchase a weapon and just don't really want to go through the whole process after already being told by military doctors they can't sign the mental health waiver

I should get a correctional officer to apply for CCW due to fear of reprisals from released inmates.  The main reason police officers are allowed to carry is to protect themselves against criminals seeking revenge.

Good luck. Former victims/witnesses, upon release of the convicted criminal, and getting stink eye in public, have been denied (anecdotal reports). What are you going to do, sue them? Baker and Young were filed in 2010 and 2012...  :shaka:

Are judges granted permits to carry?  What about the governor?  If he was denied he could just carry anyway and pardon himself if he got caught.  ;D

One of the four (4) CCW licenses issued in the state in the past 17 years was granted to a judge, in 2006, for an original term of 4 months (See HRS 134-9: "Unless renewed, the license shall expire one year from the date of issue."), and after 4 months was "renewed"/re-issued for one year. I'm sure the governor is (like all politicians, judges, and law enforcement), always has been, and always will be 100% law-abiding.
